Malini Bharadhwaj is a dedicated Early Childhood professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years in Education Management and Academic Research, both in India and the USA.
Her career includes a notable role as Academic Head at Founding Years Learning Solutions Pvt ltd. (KLAY), where she spearheaded Curriculum Development, Implementation Monitoring, and Teacher Training. During her tenure at KLAY, she organized a range of impactful events, including parenting workshops, counselling webinars, engaging story-telling sessions, and enjoyable sing-along sessions, among others.
Her extensive professional journey also includes contributions to other reputable organizations such as Dibber International Preschool, Edvance Pre-Schools Private Ltd., (Serra International Preschools), Shooting Stars Preschool (Sunnyvale, CA), ICFAI Center for Business Research, Surana College Centre for PG Studies, Rajarajeshwari College of Management Studies, Mumbai University, Mulund College of Management Studies.
She holds international certifications in Early Childhood Education, including certificates for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool from the Asian International College in Singapore, as well as Infant and Toddler International Certificates from Texas A&M University. Sowmya Arikere is an accomplished Early Childhood Professional with a comprehensive 11 year background in the education sector, having contributed her expertise to VBHCES (Sujaya School) and Founding Years (KLAY).
Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles, initially starting as a teacher and preschool coordinator, and subsequently advancing to positions focusing on curriculum development, monitoring, and implementation. During her tenure at Sujaya School and KLAY, she has been instrumental in conducting numerous teacher training programs, captivating storytelling sessions, and engaging sing-along sessions, among other activities.
Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers Training from Symbiosis and an International Certificate in Education - Preschool Teaching from the Asian International College in Singapore. She also holds a B.Tech degree and an MBA with specializations in HR and Marketing.
Before venturing into the education sector, she gained valuable experience as an HR professional, having worked with esteemed organizations such as the Tata Group, Shoppers Stop, and Pantaloons.

Counselling Psychologist
Padmini Murthy is a skilled Counselling Psychologist who holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology along with a Diploma in Psychology. Her career in the field of counseling has seen her providing valuable services at Prasanna Counselling Centre and Saarathi Counselling. She has been instrumental in conducting a range of successful Counselling Webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
In addition to her counseling qualifications, she is also a trained Regression Therapist, having received her training from the Life Research Academy under the expert guidance of Dr. Newton Kondaveti.
Her educational background extends to a B.Com degree and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering. Prior to her venture into the field of psychology, she gained substantial professional experience in the ITBT sector, with roles at prominent companies such as Hewlett Packard, ITC Infotech, and HTMT Global Solutions.
